This coffee comes to us from our partners who are known for their incredible relationships with coffee producers in Ethiopia. The coffee cherries are pulped and fermented under shade for 8 hours, washed with Demucilager to reduce water waste, and soaked for 24 hours and sun dried on raised beds. We roast it light to preserve the natural beauty so this coffee can shine! With crisp, clean notes of plum, apricot, watermelon and cascara, you’ll absolutely savor each wonderful sip!
