This coffee comes from from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. FInca Chejoj sits on a perch, overlooking the San Pedro Nectra valley. Alejandro Lainez acquired this farm from his father in 1980. Cherries are picked ripe, washed and immersed for 18 hours before being dried on patios for six to seven days. This region’s coffees are known for their depth of flavor…caramelly and sweet, with high aromatics. With balanced, classic notes of chocolate and rich caramel, red apple and jammy plum, we know you’ll be reaching for a second cup.
