This coffee is produced by Luis Alberto on his beautiful farm, Finca Un Regalo de Dios, in Nicaragua. The care and processing that goes into every lot processed in this farm is second to none, with careful detail at every stage…starting with optimal cherry picking at the farm level, all the way through carefully controlled fermentations and drying. Luis’ natural coffees are dried between 25 and 30 days. His farm has a rich, biodiverse environment which creates optimal growing conditions. This coffee is simply incredible! It is flavorful and complex with a clean, bright acidity and sweet notes of blackberry and black current. It is unlike anything we have ever tasted!
